Developer Deal Corporation was born into those times. Founded in 1984 by current executive chairman David Kobritz, the company saw a city in need of revitalisation and reimagining.

Thirty-five years later Kobritz and his business have significantly contributed to the modernisation of Melbourne, its residential diversity and architectural identity.
