Just last week, C.F Row received the award for Urban Renewal at the UDIA Excellence Awards.

This prestigious award recognizes the most excellent and innovative projects across Melbourne from a competitive shortlist of entries.

Dealcorp together with Woods Bagot architects have transformed the former Fitzroy furniture factory into a series of elegantly crafted 43 apartments and 7 townhouses. The landmark project was completed late 2017 and has since been nominated for various national design and industry awards.

The ground floor café, Bentwood is renowned for its award-winning fit out and instagrammable menu, that equally compliments the buildings materials and unique site history.

C.F Row will now progress to compete in the National UDIA Excellence Awards, which will be announced in early next year.
