Dealcorp are pleased to advise that builder – Steller have been appointed to construct Eclipse Townhouses and Heritage Apartments, and Lunar Townhouses and apartments at Polaris 3083, Bundoora.

With over 12 years’ experience, Steller are an experienced and dynamic multi-residential and commercial construction company. Construction is now underway with the first stage of works including civil and infrastructure works. These works will be completed by Fortunato Group, and will take approximately 3 months to complete.

Further works onsite will commence on building foundations and works to restore the heritage building for Eclipse Apartments. Steller anticipates the construction works will take approximately 12 months to complete once each site is handed over by the Civil Contractor and will be ready to move in approximately mid 2020.

The stunning and diverse architectural design will soon be brought to life at Eclipse with 19 two-storey Townhouses and 2 levels of spacious Heritage Apartments with modern light filled interiors. A subsequent limited release of 10 architecturally designed Townhouses will soon launch at Polaris, offering a final opportunity to secure a townhouse at Eclipse.
