With uncertainty comes opportunity.
The minds at DealCorp keep innovating as we continue to seek premium sites and plan for the future. Rose St, Fitzroy received a great deal of attention earlier in the year when it was announced international hotelier, The Standard would be opening at our site in 2023. Similarly, we are assessing residential lifestyle communities, affordable housing and the Build to Rent sector. This is one example of how, despite the challenges and uncertainty of the past 18 months, we are looking beyond the Covid period as a business.
