Glenarm Square’s Future Resident | DealCorp

Glenarm Square’s Future Resident

Q&A with Corey Williams

Purchaser Corey Williams has been looking for a new home since September 2019 and it didn’t take him long to make a decisi on to purchase an apartment at The Residences at Glenarm Square.

Before securing your new home at Glenarm Square, how long had you been looking?

I had been monitoring the market closely for around 1 year prior to purchase, I seriously starting looking around September 2019, in terms of what I would want in a property.

Had you seen any of DealCorp / Plus Architecture work before?

I was fortunate enough to have seen a DealCorp project. This reassured me that the decision I was making was the correct one for me.

Why did you decide to choose Glenarm Square?

Glenarm Square caught my eye immediately. I can recall telling a family member ‘I think I’ve found it’ after only viewing on RealEstate.com. The location, convenience and potential benefits into the future attracted me. It simply had what I was looking for.

Did you choose the light or dark scheme?

I chose the light scheme, I felt this was more practical for me.

What is your favourite design element in your new home at Glenarm Square?

A big thing for me was the split bedrooms the lot I decided on had. It was hard to find that design in todays market. Two bedrooms, Two bathrooms are scarce with often bedrooms being located in closer proximity to each other. For me, my lot has each bedroom/bathroom at either end of the apartment.

How have you found the process of buying off the plan? E.g. Making changes to the plan?

The process of buying my first apartment was certainly overwhelming. There was so much to consider and at times it was difficult to fully comprehend what was going on. Working with the agent to make the changes I wanted helped me through the process.
