DealCorp are pleased to share that experienced local builder, Edgepoint Homes has been appointed to construct Nova Heritage apartments and Contemporary townhouses.

Edgepoint is experienced in building medium density projects across Melbourne for over 10 years, and is already familiar with Polaris 3083, having worked on and delivered previous stages.

There is plenty of action onsite, with the retention works now complete & demolition of the existing buildings soon to be finished. Following these works the civil contractor will commence onsite.

The design coordination is currently underway with the project team, preparing for construction of the new buildings in the coming months.
