South Yarra’s skyline is set to change yet again, as the crane at 42-48 Claremont Street was erected onsite early July and the basement excavation is now complete.

Dealcorp are excited to share with purchasers that Hamilton Marino Builders are pushing through the winter weather and making great progress on site, with basement two slab anticipated to be poured in August 2019.

The building structure will advance throughout the year, allowing for façade details and fit-out to commence in Spring this year.
