DealCorp are pleased to share some great news regarding construction progress onsite at Nova. The Stage One building permit has now been received, allowing for the in-ground services, foundation works and townhouse slabs to be poured. Builder Edgepoint Homes is currently working on the individual lot plumbing and slab preparation which will make way for the above ground building structure in the new year.

As progress continues throughout summer the design consultants are finalising their documentation for the stage 2 building permit which includes the balance of onsite works which we anticipate to receive by end of year. With all wheels in motion, the site at NOVA will be undergoing significant development over the new year. DealCorp are truly excited to share all the action from site and construction news in the coming months.
